Pokex collects the minimum data needed to provide the service: your account information (email and name), your saved collection data, and anonymous usage analytics to improve the app. Card scan images are processed for identification and are not permanently stored.

Card images are sent to our servers for AI identification processing and are deleted after the scan completes. We do not permanently store the photos you take of your cards. Only the identified card data (name, set, number) is saved if you add it to your collection.

Your collection data is stored securely on encrypted servers. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Regular backups ensure your collection data is protected against loss.

Your collection is private by default. No other users can see your cards, portfolio value, or collection data unless you explicitly choose to share it. We do not have social or public profile features that expose your collection.

You can delete your account from the Settings screen in the app. This permanently removes your account, collection data, and all associated information from our servers. Account deletion is irreversible, so make sure to export your collection data first if you want to keep it.

No. Pokex does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We use anonymous, aggregated data to improve our AI scanning model and app experience, but individual user data is never shared externally.
