Q1 What features are free and what requires Pro?
Free features include a limited number of daily scans, basic collection management, and price checking. Pro unlocks unlimited scans, set completion tracking, portfolio analytics, CSV export, and priority support.
Q2 How much does Pokex Pro cost?
Pokex Pro is available as a weekly or yearly subscription. The yearly plan offers the best value with significant savings compared to the weekly price. Exact pricing is shown in the app and may vary by region.
Q3 Can I try Pro for free?
New users get a free trial period to explore Pro features. The trial gives you full access to all Pro capabilities so you can decide if the upgrade is worth it before being charged.
Q4 How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your device app store. On iOS, go to Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select Pokex. On Android, open Google Play, tap your profile, then Payments and Subscriptions. You retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
Q5 Will I lose my collection if I cancel Pro?
No, your collection data is preserved even if you cancel Pro. You will still be able to view your collection with free-tier limitations. If you resubscribe later, all your data and collection history will be intact.
Q6 Can I get a refund?
Refund policies are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) depending on your device. If you believe you were charged in error or are unsatisfied, contact the respective store support team to request a refund.
